Orders received before 2pm are usually processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. Therefore an order received after 2pm on a Friday will normally be dispatched on Monday afternoon. A normal working day is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Once dispatched the delivery normally takes:
Between 2 to 3 working days with the UK Standard – Signed for 2nd Class service
1 to 2 working days with the UK Enhanced – Signed for 1st Class service
Where possible you will be provided with a tracking number for the parcel delivery. Please note, all deliveries have to be signed for or tracked by the courier. If there is no-one to accept the package, the courier may not be able to deliver and the parcel may be returned to us which may result in additional delivery charges.
All clothing and souvenir products are manufactured to order and should be delivered in approximately 10 working days, regardless of where they are being shipped to.
We currently deliver to the following countries. Deliveries of books to European countries normally take 3 to 5 working days and to other countries 5 to 7 working days once dispatched.

If you require an international delivery to a country not listed above please email us at sales@sewards-of-petersfield.co.uk with details of the products you like and your requirements for the delivery and we will reply with the corresponding costs associated.
As with UK deliveries, where possible we will provide you with a tracking number for the parcel delivery. Please note, deliveries will either require a signature or tracked confirmation from the courier that delivery has been made. If there is no-one to sign for the package, the courier may not be able to deliver and the parcel may be returned to us which may result in additional delivery charges.
To help protect against fraudulent purchases we reserve the right to deliver your order to the registered address associated with the credit / debit card used to pay for the order. We may call you to discuss your delivery address.
Sometimes we may offer free shipping when the value of the goods in an order reach a certain value. A message showing the value of goods needed to receive free shipping, depending on the destination country for the shipping, is displayed on the shopping basket and checkout page, for example “You only need £3.01 more to get free shipping!”
Or we may offer free delivery for orders made before a certain date. This will be shown at the bottom of every page of this website, and on the category pages for products that are eligible for the free delivery.
