One of our SOP crew decided to go and see if he could find any engines on the road on route to The Bill Targett Rally on Friday (15th), he was not dissappointed. Seeing Aveling & Porter “Queen Victoria” and Fowler “Volunteer” leave Burlesdon Brickworks and Garrett Showmans Tractor “Lady Olivia” and Wallis Roller “Sir Lancelot” leave Twyford Waterworks.
Jack spent most of the day driving around the local area watching and taking photos of the engines and enjoying his time spent with the drivers and the crews of the engines.
