Balls Cross Steam Rally 2022

This weekend just gone, 3rd & 4th September we attended The Balls Cross Rally with Victoria. This year the lay out was slightly different and we were in the next field which gave us plenty of room for camping and for chuffing around.

With lots of exhibits there, from motorbikes, vintage and classic cars, commercial and military vehicles, stationary engines, tractors and of course a few steam engines. There were 7 fullsize steam there (listed below) along with a handful of miniatures. It was also the first time that Peter Fagg super little model of Victoria had been on public display, it was great to let the public see them both together.

It was well attended with public over both days and the weather stayed dry which was so much better than what the forecast had said in the days leading up to the event.

This is a charity event and each year they give an amazing amount of money to Mcmillian, we hope this year again they can give a good amount to the charity.
